Diet Plan, Food Choices that Helped Me Lose 80 Pounds

I can't believe it. I've only got 20 pounds left to lose to hit my 100-pound weight loss goal. Left is me now. Right photo is two years ago. Sometimes it seemed the weight would never come off. I started dieting about two years ago, but got serious 10 months ago. I tried every eating strategy, except crash diets. I want to develop new healthy eating habits. As I've learned, I've tweaked my diet plan. That's paid off. I'm losing more each week. Here's the menu I followed to lose the first 70 pounds. I eat six small meals daily, totaling 1,350 calories. Since writing this I added a few supplements: apple cider vinegar, garcinia cambogia (from Dollar Tree) African Mango, acai and bilberry. They're all natural fruit and plant supplements, FDA approved and available from regular grocery stores. They are not any internet scam stuff.

Raspberry Ketones Helped Me Burn Fat, Diet, Lose Weight

I've been dieting for over a year and seriously dieting since November. I've lost about 75 pounds and have 25 left to go. I haven't used drugs or surgery. I have tried and found success with supplements. One I swear by is raspberry ketones (sometimes spelled as just "ketone"). Dr. Oz recommended it (see article link below) and I have confidence in his advice. Here's how it helped me (that's me, same shirt, July 2013 and August, 2011).  Raspberry Ketones Helped Me Burn Fat, Diet, Lose Weight

Diet Recipe of the Day Yogurt Parfait

I've lost about 75 pounds since last year. I don't say this to brag but to give encouragement to others on a weight loss quest. I thought you might like to know what I eat to lose weight. Yes, I said eat. I know, we're used to thinking of dieting in terms of what not to eat. But I need a positive spin if I'm to conquer this fat. So I talk "can" not "can't." Natural Antidepressants, Anti-Anxiety Supplements

I've always struggled with panic attacks, anxiety, depression, PMS (premenstrual syndrome) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms. I lost two second trimester infants and started menopause early, at about 45. For seven years, I took antidepressants. These made me feel disoriented and numb. I also put on 100 pounds (which certainly didn't help the depression!) I weaned myself several years ago and now use natural supplements to combat negative feelings and boost emotional health. Here's my daily mental health regimen.  Natural Antidepressants, Anti-Anxiety Supplements

Diet Foods I'll Keep Eating After I Lose Weight

I've been dieting to lose 100 pounds gained after a stint on antidepressants. It's a long, tedious battle and I'm about half way there. That's me after 54 pounds lost. After I get all the weight off, there are some diet foods I'll never touch again--like reduced calorie salad dressing and Kashi Go Lean cereal! Blech! Other foods I'm going to keep eating to maintain weight loss. They taste no different and have less than half the calories: light bread, turkey and chicken lunchmeat and hotdogs and light butter.
